About Me

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when people feel genuinely understood. I strive to create a space where you can show up authentically, explore what has been holding you back, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.

I have extensive experience working with individuals navigating high-stress careers, facing the unique pressures of demanding work environments. I also enjoy supporting individuals and couples as they transition into parenthood, helping them navigate the identity shifts, relationship changes, and emotional challenges that often accompany this stage of life. In addition, I work with college students managing academic stress, life transitions, anxiety, and questions about identity and purpose.

My practice is inclusive and affirming of all identities, including LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families. Drawing from both personal and professional experience with LGBTQ+ communities, I offer a space where your identity is not simply accepted, but deeply understood and respected.

I work with individuals, couples, and families from a wide range of backgrounds and believe that therapy should be tailored to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll work to better understand the patterns that have kept you feeling stuck, build on your resilience, and help you move toward a life that feels more connected, balanced, and authentic.
